Mission Equity Properties LLC focuses on investment real estate auctions. At the time of our visit, they had 47 auctions on the go. All the auctions were regular auction listings and every single one had bids on them. Those properties were located in Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. Mission Equity Properties LLC also operates the Integrity Property LLC eBay Store, which sells real estate on one dollar no-reserve auctions.

Integrity Property LLC is a subsidiary of another eBay business, Mission Equity Properties, and it operates with the same managers. The Store was formed in 2005 to sell higher valued property via one dollar-no reserve Internet auctions. They have conducted more than 10,000 auctions over the past 5 years.

This Store appears to be focused completely on investment real estate. When we visited, they had more than 50 parcels of investment real estate on auction, via regular auction listings. All their auctions had bids on them, even those that were more than 25 days from closing. At the time of our visit, they offered investment real estate in Arizona, Califirnia, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
